Pricing

For one-time projects like website builds, we use a simple project agreement that outlines scope, timeline, and deliverables. Our ongoing Care Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel anytime.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. For larger projects, we offer payment plans split across project milestones so you are never paying for work that has not been completed.
Process
Most websites are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your content and branding assets. Complex projects with custom features or integrations may take 4 to 8 weeks. We provide a clear timeline before starting any project.
Our process has four steps: Discovery (we learn your business, goals, and competitors), Design (we create mockups for your review), Development (we hand-code your site for speed and performance), and Launch (we deploy, test, and optimize). You are involved at every stage.
Absolutely. You will review and approve the design before we begin development, and you will have full access to a staging preview of the finished site before it goes live. We do not launch anything without your sign-off.
Support
Our Care Plans include website hosting, maintenance, security updates, performance monitoring, content updates, SEO optimization, and a custom AI assistant for your business. Plans start at $100 per month. Visit our pricing page for full details.
Care Plan clients can request changes anytime via email, phone, or through your dedicated AI assistant on Telegram. Most minor updates are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Larger changes are scoped and scheduled based on complexity.
Yes. All Care Plan clients have access to priority support for urgent issues like site downtime or security concerns. We monitor your site around the clock and respond to emergencies as quickly as possible, typically within one hour during business hours.
