No. You can go month-to-month and cancel anytime — you pay the setup fee. A 12-month subscription waives the setup fee, and paying yearly up front also gets you 2 months free. One-time projects have a simple project agreement that covers scope and deliverables — nothing sneaky.

Everything listed in that tier — design, development, SEO setup, and the pages and locations it covers. Business and Premium also include advanced features like marketing setup and analytics. On a subscription, the matching Care Plan is included; if you buy the site outright, ongoing maintenance is available through an optional Care Plan.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We will prorate the difference and make the transition seamless — no disruption to your website or services.

On a subscription, the matching Care Plan is already included. If you bought your site outright, or someone else built it, Care Plans run from $50 to $150 per month and cover hosting, maintenance, security updates, and ongoing support — including AI monitoring. Optional, but recommended.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all projects. If you are not happy with the initial design concepts, we will refund your deposit in full. Once development begins, we work with you until you are 100% satisfied.

Starter sites are typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Business sites take 2 to 3 weeks. Premium projects vary based on scope but usually launch within 3 to 5 weeks. We will give you a clear timeline during your free consultation.
