What is included in each package?

Each package is a one-time fee for the complete build — design, development, SEO setup, and everything listed in that tier. Business and Premium packages also include advanced features like marketing setup and analytics. AI assistants are available separately through our Care Plans. Ongoing maintenance is available through our optional Care Plan add-on.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We will prorate the difference and make the transition seamless — no disruption to your website or services.

What about ongoing maintenance after my site is built?

We offer Care Plans starting at $100–$200 per month that cover hosting, maintenance, security updates, and ongoing support — including AI monitoring. This is optional but recommended to keep your site running perfectly.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all projects. If you are not happy with the initial design concepts, we will refund your deposit in full. Once development begins, we work with you until you are 100% satisfied.

How long does it take to build my website?

Starter sites are typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Business sites take 2 to 3 weeks. Premium projects vary based on scope but usually launch within 3 to 5 weeks. We will give you a clear timeline during your free consultation.
